Are we getting back into the swing of working life yet or are we feeling like we need another holiday already? Well not to make matters worse but I thought I would look at last years Haven advert since I just booked my first holiday of the year last weekend.
Pretty good ad right? I love this idea of just having two kids on a tricycle exploring the resort. We weren’t just shown around all the facilities at Haven though, we also saw the kids enjoying them with, for the most part, their deadpan expressions. We can see this was the intent but sometimes a little reaction or a big one is good with the youngest of the two girls having an extreme reaction to one of the ice cream scoops dropping on the ground.
Each turn of their heads adds something to show they have just used that facility whether it be as little as their hair getting wet at the beginning to the youngest holding onto a crab to the disgust of the eldest child.
They clearly thought about their audience too with this ad having families in mind. Parents are shown how they can clearly keep their children occupied and having fun here while children are shown there is more than just Disneyland that will keep them entertained and enjoying themselves.
This ad speaks for itself really so I’ll keep this week’s post short and sweet after talking your ears…well eyes off last week and hope that most of you don’t have that song in your head now like I do.
